1. First, you need to register your organization on Skillsbord. For that, you need to type in your email on our landing page and click on the green button «register to get a free trial» on the first screen or click on «sing up» in the upper right-hand corner.


    Note: if you’ve already registered on our website – just click on «login» in the upper right-hand corner.


2. From the subsequent page, you need to create your profile: full name, email, phone, password. Then company profile: name, website. On this step, you will see your personal organization domain on Skillsbord. 


3. Now you can create your first job posting on Skillsbord.

Complete all points of the job create flow:

  • Job Title* – ex. manager, team lead, backend, etc.

  • Job Type* – choose job category, level, full- or part-time.

  • Annual Salary Range – you can mark the borders of your job: minimum or/and maximum salary

  • Role and Responsibilities* – you need to describe the position in detail, including things like typical responsibilities and minimum education requirements. 

  • Required Skills – choose skills in our drop-down list or write your own. 

  • Realistic job preview (RJP) – put here links to the necessary resources. Everything that you think is necessary for the candidate to know.

  • Requested Contact Info – choose which of candidate’s resources you need to know

You can always return to edit your published job openings.

Realistic job preview (RJP) offers a true-to-life preview of your organization and the role you're hiring for.

RJP helps you make the right hire by transparently illustrating exactly what the role demands by adding: assessment tests, testimonial videos, quizzes, surveys, and even informational articles, company policies, and links to online training.

Applicants who don't align with your RJP will receive feedback recommending how they could pursue development to better match your needs.


4. When you fill-up all of the required fields on job posting, click Preview. You’ll be redirected to your job preview. If you want to fix or supplement your job - click «Edit» and go on. If you are happy with the result then click on the button «Publish».


5. Now you can see the message that your job successfully published. You can copy the job link and post it on your resources (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, blog, etc.). Or you can share to get more applications.


Note: We'll add a job posting on job boards in the near future.


6. Click on the button «Go to inbox» and you will be redirected to your job's dashboard.


Note: Maybe you’ll see that our system has already shortlisted you several candidates that fit for your job.  Or not :-) If your job is more complicated and/or our database has no good candidates for you.
